Leeds City College Supporting work with Year 11 Students

Year 11 students interested in continuing their education at Leeds City College next year recently received dedicated support from the college's admissions team, who visited the school to share their expertise on post-16 courses and help students with their applications.

The admissions team provided valuable insights into the wide range of courses available at the college. During the sessions, they explained the different pathways students can take, including A-Levels, vocational courses, apprenticeships, and T Levels, helping students to understand which options align best with their future career goals.

A key part of the visit focused on practical application support. Representatives from the college worked one-on-one with students interested in attending next September, guiding them through the application process and ensuring all steps were completed correctly. This hands-on assistance was particularly helpful in answering individual questions and addressing any concerns about the transition to college life.

"We were delighted to welcome the Leeds City College admissions team to our school," said [Mrs Booth head of careers]. "Their expertise and personalised support were invaluable in helping our students navigate their options and confidently take the next steps in their educational journey."
