We aim to deal with complaints and concerns about the academy or any individual connected with it by following the correct procedure and in an open, honest and fair manner. We encourage parents and carers to contact us with any concerns they may have, so they can be directed to the most appropriate person to deal with as efficiently as possible.
In the first instance please contact the main office where our team will request brief details from you, so they can ensure it is passed on to the best person to help.
