Oulton Academy, is a non-denominational secondary community school for girls and boys aged between 11 and 16, situated in the village of Oulton, in South Leeds, West Yorkshire.

The Academy is committed to safeguarding the welfare of its students and all successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service certificate and checks of the relevant barred list / prohibition lists. If successfully shortlisted, you will be required to provide your original birth certificate alongside additional documents to verify your identity. Career development: Oulton Academy prides itself on providing both formal and informal CPD opportunities, 2 hours per week minimum. Formal CPD includes but is not limited to NPQs, Level 7 Masters degrees and the nationally recognised Embedding Formative Assessment (EFA) programme. Informal CPD provides staff with weekly departmental time as well as the chance to collaborate with other teams across the academy. All staff receive a comprehensive induction programme before they start their new role.
