Parental Payments

Oulton Academy is a 100% cashless school. ParentPay is used for school dinners, music lessons, trips and much more. Payments can be made via the ParentPay website using your debit/credit card.

Pay OnlineTo set up this service, you will need an activation letter to access your account. If you haven’t received an activation letter from Oulton Academy, please contact the main office and we will generate one for you.

Once you have activated your account, you can top up your child’s balance at any time, set up balance auto-top ups and view your child’s purchase history.

When paying for a particular trip or activity, a payment item for such will be added by the school to your account as an outstanding payment. This will be automatically done when a trip is co-ordinated. If for some reason you have not been allocated a payment item for a trip, please contact the trip organiser who will be able to assist.
