This has always been my guiding principle. Most students will only get one chance at a good education, it is my mission to ensure that this chance is not wasted.

I have taught for 20+ years in the UK, Spain and Middle East holding various posts at middle and senior level. Prior to Oulton Academy I worked for two leading Multiple Academy Trusts focusing on school improvement.

This is my second headship, my first saw one of the worst performing schools in Doncaster become the school of choice in the area being graded ‘Good’ with Outstanding features in 2020.
