Oulton students and staff rewarded with helicopter ride!

To sign off an outstanding year at Oulton Academy, 12 students and 3 members of staff were able to take a trip of a lifetime as the flew around Leeds in a helicopter!

Students qualified for the trip for maintaining their attendance over the last term and for their positive reward points given to them from members of staff. Names were then drawn from a hat during our celebration assemblies. 

Staff were also able to nominate 3 members of staff who they felt had positively impacted the lives of everyone in and around the academy. 

Our Year 6 transition students and our own students were able to see the helicopter land before taking off on one of three trips around Leeds before coming back into land on the top field.

What a fantastic opportunity!
