Spooktacular Success at Year 7 Halloween Disco!

The Year 7 Halloween Disco, last Thursday, was a night to remember! Students dressed in their most creative costumes, with everything from classic witches and vampires to movie-inspired characters filling the dance floor. The event, filled with music, dancing, and Halloween-themed fun, was a huge hit with both students and staff.

The disco was organised by none other than Abi Owen, who worked tirelessly to make sure the night went off without a hitch. A special thanks goes to the Friends of Oulton, who volunteered to help set up the venue and serve snacks and throughout the night. Their dedication and hard work helped create a fantastic atmosphere for everyone involved.

Mr. John Higgins, Principal of Oulton Academy, commented on the event’s success:
"It was wonderful to see our Year 7 students having such a great time. The energy was fantastic, and it’s events like these that help build a sense of community within the school. I want to personally thank Abi Owen for her excellent organisation and the Friends of Oulton for their invaluable support. Without them, none of this would been possible."

The Year 7 disco will surely be remembered as one of the highlights of the term, and we’re already looking forward to the next event!
